1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cinema World (“cinemaworld.net,” the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cinema World is a movie analytics platform that provides insights into global cinema, including trending scores, franchise analysis, genre performance data, and related analytics. The Service is available in both free and paid (Pro) tiers.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pro Subscription

Billing

The Pro plan is billed at $19 USD per month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.

Refunds

We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us and we will evaluate your case individually.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without permission
• Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit Service data without authorization
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code or content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cinema World and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Third-Party Content

Movie data, images, and metadata displayed on the Service are provided by The Movie Database (TMDB) and other third-party sources. These remain the property of their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the data presented on the Service. Movie analytics, trending scores, and other metrics are based on available data and our proprietary algorithms, and should be used for informational purposes only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CINEMA WORLD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cinema World, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
